User Data Deletion Instructions

1. How to Delete Your Data Yourself

Within Craftime, you can delete your personal information or your entire account at any time using the options below.

Delete a single item (post, comment, private message)	Tap the "..." menu on the content, select "Delete", then confirm.	Immediate (no longer visible to others)
Delete your own published content in bulk	Go to "Profile" -> "Posts" -> tap "..." in the top right corner -> select "Delete".	Immediate
Unlink third-party accounts	Go to "Profile" -> "Settings" -> "Account Settings" and follow the prompts to unlink.	Real-time
Delete your entire account (full data erasure)	Go to "Profile" -> "Settings" -> "Security Settings" -> "Delete Account" -> verify your identity -> confirm.	Permanently deleted or anonymized within 15 business days

2. If You Cannot Perform the Deletion Yourself

If you encounter technical issues or cannot log in, you may request manual assistance for data deletion:

Send an email to: [email protected]
Subject line: Data Deletion Request + your registered phone number or email address
In the email body, clearly specify what you want to delete

We will verify your identity and complete the processing within 30 business days.

3. Data That May Be Retained After Deletion (Legal Exceptions)

Even after you request deletion, we may retain certain categories of personal information only to the extent permitted by law and solely for essential purposes. We do not use retained records for marketing or unrelated uses.

Security and fraud prevention records (for example, IP addresses, login devices, activity logs): retained only as needed to detect and prevent security risks, then deleted or anonymized.
Legally mandated retention: certain records may be retained when required by federal or state law.
Children's personal information: if the service involves children under 13, we apply the minimum necessary principle and retain data only for the shortest required period.
Deletion request logs: limited internal logs are kept for compliance, proof of response, and prevention of unauthorized resale of personal information.

4. Response Time Commitments

Self-service deletion: Immediate effect
Full account deletion: Completed within 15 business days
Manual deletion requests (by email): Responded to and processed within 30 business days
